The goal of the backpack initiative is to provide under served under resourced students with an opportunity to continue to engage in fun, and exciting learning experiences focused on Reading Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.)
WHAT IS THE INITIATIVe?
We accomplish this initiative by providing students in under servied and under resourced communities with backpacks filled with books for reading in addition to S.T.E.M. supportive activities that will engage the child and keep them learning through their school break.
